-  Controlled burns

-  Fireworks

-  Open Campfires and Fire Pits without grates or fire suppression equipment

DATED at the Village of Meota this 30th day of July, 2021.

WATER RESTRICTION

    EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

Due to current high water usage, The Jackfish Lake West Water Utility Corp is asking residents using the municipal water supply to practice odd-even watering from now until September, in an effort to conserve water.

Odd-even watering means residents with an odd number home address should only water on odd calendar days, and vice versa – if your home address is an even number, then water only on even calendar dates.  Residents can also conserve water by only watering grass when necessary.  A healthy lawn requires 1 inch of water per week, including rainfall.  A small change can make a big difference!
